Sen Ferrell Haile's new illegal immigration Bill SB2158 is a fluff Bill with absolutely no teeth to do anything about Illegal Immigration. It states that every head of Executive Branch agencies needs to do analysis of illegals and give reports, and oh yeah, to eventually publish that information on websites. Thats it. Where is the strength, the fortitude, the courage to actually do something?

I couldn't agree more with a recent poll conducted by The Tennessee Conservative that found a whopping 99% of respondents disagree with Tennessee GOP Leadership's stance that illegal immigration is a "federal issue"... they felt that Republican State Lawmakers should be passing laws to stop or discourage it. District 18 (Sumner & Trousdale counties) Senator Ferrell Haile is part of the problem. He has voted to allow Illegal Immigrants to have Business Licenses, Commercial License, and In-State Tuition. That is not solving the problem, that is encouraging Illegals to come to Tennessee. Put an end to Illegal Immigration in Tennessee by voting in the candidate who wants to actually stop it and not encourage it.
